Pavan Kumar Singuru

My name is Pavan Kumar Singuru, a Master’s student in Bioinformatics at
Northeastern University. I have hands-on experience in RNA-seq and single-cell
transcriptomic analysis, functional genomics, and machine learning for omics biomarker
discovery. My technical strengths include building reproducible pipelines using Nextflow,
high-performance computing (HPC), and performing data interpretation using R and
Python. I’ve also worked with multimodal single-cell data integration using Seurat. I’m
excited to contribute to the lab’s research on host-pathogen interactions, alternative
splicing, and data-driven insights into immune responses.
