Meghana Kuppireddy

Currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Bioinformatics at Northeastern University, with an expected graduation date of December 2025. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Agriculture at Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University, India, in September 2022. Meghana's academic focus revolves around computational methods in genomics and data analysis. She is proficient in programming languages such as R, Python, and Bash, utilizing these skills along with bioinformatic tools for genomic research and analysis. Before her current studies, Meghana gained valuable experience through a bioinformatics internship at the Indian Institute of Rice Research in India, where she contributed to variant calling and population genetics analysis. Outside of her academic pursuits, Meghana has a passion for the arts, particularly sketching, painting, and exploring various artistic endeavors.
